Amy is a writer-designer-programmer but her super-power is research. She’s developed a repeatable process for understanding who your customers are. She knows how to find out what they need, what they want, and what they are ready to buy. And she knows how to identify the best way to reach them and persuade them.
Applying the process to her own business Amy’s books have generated over $300,000. And she now enjoys revenues of over $1 million per year. The vast majority of Amy’s income comes from the software-as-a-service (SaaS) that she built. It happily serves hundreds of customers with just one full-time employee.
